About

Having spent my early years working in various jobs ranging from copy boy, manual labourer, guide, waiter, ESL teacher to accountant, I finally ended up as a software developer for a large bank in London. I soon found myself absorbed with software development and spent the following 8 years (1992-2000) in London consulting in the financial, media and legal sectors.
After deciding that I had enough of London life, I moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2000. Initially I worked for a small dot-com. After managing to last through five tough post “dot-com bubble” years, I joined a local firm specializing in process based integration using BizTalk, SharePoint, K2.Net, Windows Workflow Foundation and Windows Communication Framework. I worked there for a couple of years as a Technical Architect designing and implementing integration solutions in the shipping, energy and retail sectors.
At the begining of 2008 I partnered with a couple of ex-colleagues to form a new consulting firm - Avantage Partners.
